SC Issues Notice in PIL Seeking Criminal Action on Haridwar Hate Speeches - 12.01.2022

Supreme Court has issued notice to the State of Uttarakhand in a Public Interest Litigation seeking criminal action with respect to the Haridwar Dharm Sansad conclave where hate speeches against Muslims were made.
