Karnataka HC Upholds State's Prerogative to Impose Conditions for Compassionate Authorization - 12.01.2022

Karnataka High Court has upheld the state government's power and prerogative to impose conditions such as restriction of age and pass in 10th Standard, while considering the applications for grant of compassionate authorization under the Karnataka Essential Commodities Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 1992.
