SC Dismisses PIL Seeking Direction to Call India “Bharat” - 11.03.2016

SC has observed while dismissing a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) seeking direction to the Union and States to uses Bharat instead of India, “those who want to call it India will call it India and those who want to call it Bharat will call it Bharat".
