Allahabad HC: S. 482 CrPC Plea Maintainable To Annul Proceedings Which Are Ex Facie Bad - 11.01.2022

Allahabad High Court stated that an application under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC) is maintainable to quash the proceedings, which are ex facie bad for want of sanction as required for Prosecution of Judges and public servants under Section 197 of CrPC.
