SC Junks PILs by Dinesh Thakur, Ranbaxy Whistleblower - 11.03.2016

Supreme Court has dismissed public interest litigations (PILs) filed by former Ranbaxy Executive Dinesh Thakur challenging certain rules under Drugs and Cosmetics Act and seeking creation of a framework for the recall of drugs and a commission to examine faulty drug approvals.
