Gujarat HC: CGST Undervaluation Or Change Of Route Not A Ground To Detain The Goods - 10.01.2022

Gujarat High Court has held that mere undervaluation of the goods or change of route of the consignment cannot be considered to be sufficient grounds to detain the goods in transit and vehicle under the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.
