Delhi High Court Denies Quashing of FIR Against Rape Accused - 10.01.2022

Delhi High Court has refused to quash an FIR containing allegations of rape against a Government Servant. The court has observed that such an FIR cannot be quashed on the basis of settlement between parties and their subsequent marriage as it does not waive off the offense alleged.
