Supreme Court Upholds The Validity Of OBC Quota In NEET - 07.01.2022

Supreme Court of India has upheld the constitutional validity of the 27 percent reservation for OBC in NEET UG and PG. For EWS category, 10 percent reservation will apply this year and the prospective ruling will be decided on a final hearing scheduled on 3rd March, 2022.
