AAR: GST Not Payable On Recoveries Made From Employees - 07.01.2022

Authority of Advance Ruling (AAR), Maharashtra has stated that GST is not payable on recoveries made from employees towards providing canteen facility at subsidized rates in factory and office, providing a bus transportation facility and on account of employees not serving the full notice period.
