Karnataka HC : Landowners Will Get Benefits Under New Law - 11.03.2016

Karnataka HC has said that compensation and rehabilitation benefits will be available to land-losers as per new Land Acquisition Act of 2013 if acquisition proceedings, initiated prior to January 1, 2014 when new law came into force, remained without being completed in all respects.
