NCLAT: 'Adjudicating Authority' Is Not A 'Court of Law' And 'CCIRP' Is Not Synonymous To litigation - 07.01.2022

NCLAT, Chennai Bench in the case of Drip Capital Inc. v. Concord Creations (India) Pvt. Ltd. set aside the order passed by the Adjudicating Authority, Bengaluru Bench, stating that Adjudicating Authority is not a Court of Law and CCIRP is not synonymous to litigation.
