Punjab and Haryana High Court: Suspect Question in MCQ Based Examination Needs To Be Deleted - 07.01.2022

Punjab and Haryana High Court has observed that in a Multiple-Choice Question (MCQ) based examination, a question that has no most appropriate answer becomes incapable of being asked. The Court further stated that a suspect question in an MCQ-based examination needs to be deleted.
