Supreme Court Stays Contempt Proceedings Against Karnataka’s State Officer - 07.01.2022

Supreme Court has stayed the contempt proceedings initiated against Karnataka’s Additional Chief Secretary for non-compliance with the High Court order to consider the case of the respondent daily wage workers for regularisation.
