Tripura HC Upholds Conviction Of Rape Accused - 07.01.2022

The Tripura High Court has confirmed the conviction of rape accused of sexually assaulting a girl child. The court further stated that the mother of a sexual assault girl would for no reason put her daughter's life at stake by giving her the label of a victim of sexual assault.
