SC Asks Patna HC to Decide on Issue of Transportation of Sand and Stone by Trucks Expeditiously - 06.01.2022

Supreme Court has requested Patna High Court to decide the petitions filed by Bihar Truck Owners Association challenging State of Bihar's notification dated December 16, 2020 which prohibited trucks of 14 wheels and more from transporting sand and stone chips that are pending before the High Court within 8 weeks.
