Madras HC Tells TN Election Commission to Videograph Every Stage of Urban Local Body Polls - 04.01.2022

Madras High Court has asked the Tamil Nadu State Election Commission (TNSEC) to videograph the entire election process during the upcoming urban local body polls, starting from filing of nominations to counting of votes. The Court has disposed of the writ petition filed by All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhakam (AIADMK) seeking directions for free and fair conduct of elections.
