Delhi HC Issues Notice on Plea Challenging Denial of Police Custody Extension for Three Accused - 03.01.2022

Delhi High Court has issued notice on the plea filed by National Investigation Agency (NIA) challenging a Trial Court order which had rejected its application seeking extension of police custody for three accused persons in connection with the Jammu and Kashmir terror funding case.
