SC Issues Notice to Delhi, TN, Along with Other States - 10.03.2016

SC Bench who authored May 13 verdict, regarding photographs of politicians on government advertisements, has given six weeks to file response to States seeking review of the judgment. States including Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal, are seeking a review of the judgment.
