Supreme Court Dismisses SLP Filed by Orissa Govt. Against Senior IPS Officer in Graft Case - 18.08.2015

Supreme Court has dismissed Special Leave Petition (SLP) filed by Orissa Government challenging judgment of the Orissa High Court of quashing the graft case against senior IPS officer Prakash Mishra.
