SC Stays Madras HC Order Directing Deposit in CM's Public Relief Fund for Release of Vehicle - 04.01.2022

Supreme Court has stayed a Madras High Court order in so far as it directed deposit of a sum of Rs. 1 lakh, as non-refundable deposit, in the Chief Minister's Public Relief Fund, for return of a vehicle allegedly involved in illegal transportation of liquor bottles.
