Bombay HC Slams State Govt. over ULCA Allotments - 10.03.2016

Bombay HC, while coming down heavily on Maharashtra Government for failing to stop irregularities in land allotments under Urban Land Ceiling Act (ULCA), has directed it to immediately stop post-retirement assignments given to two officials, who were once competent authority under ULCA.
