SC: Husband Having Pre-Marital Affairs Not Sufficient Grounds for Kidnapping, Rape Charges - 27.12.2021

Supreme Court has observed that husband having some pre-marital love affairs can hardly be a case under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, where a husband charged with offence of kidnapping and rape against his wife by the wife's family.
