P&H HC Grants Bail to UAPA Accused Booked for Posting on Sikhs for Justice 2020 Referendum - 27.12.2021

Punjab and Haryana High Court has granted bail to a Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 Accused who has been booked for allegedly posting about Sikhs for Justice 2020 Referendum on her Facebook account and who has been in custody for over two years and three months.
