Delhi High Court Grants Bail to NDPS Accused Who Was in Custody for 9 Years - 24.12.2021

Delhi High Court has granted bail to a man who was in custody for 9 years in an Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances case, observing that while drug trafficking must be deterred with stringent punishments, plight of the under trials cannot be ignored.
