Delhi HC Directs DMRC to Furnish Bank Account Details on Plea Seeking Enforcement of Award - 23.12.2021

Delhi High Court has directed the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Limited (DMRC) to furnish details of the amounts lying in its bank accounts on a plea filed by Delhi Airport Metro Express Private Limited (DAMEPL) seeking enforcement of the arbitration award dated May 11, 2017.
