Delhi HC: No Extension of Limitation Where Defendant Not Prevented from Filing Written Statement - 20.12.2021

Delhi High Court has observed that the Supreme Court's orders on extension of limitation will not be applicable in circumstances where the defendant was not prevented from filing written statement.
