SC Directs States to Sterilise Nuisance-Causing Stray Dogs - 10.03.2016

Supreme Court has directed States and local bodies to take steps to sterilise and vaccinate nuisance-causing stray dogs, under provisions of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act.
