SC Asks Delhi HC to Decide on Plea Seeking FIR Against Politicians for Alleged Hate Speech - 17.12.2021

Supreme Court has asked the Delhi High Court to decide expeditiously, preferably within three months, a writ petition seeking registration of FIR and investigation against BJP leaders Kapil Mishra, Anurag Thakur, Parvesh Verma and Abhay Verma who allegedly made hateful comments to incite the Delhi riots of 2020.
