Madras HC Quashes FIR Against YouTuber Maridhas for Alleged Statements on Tablighi Jamaat - 24.12.2021

Madras High Court has quashed the First Information Report registered by the Melapalayam police in Tirunelveli against YouTuber Maridhas alleging that the YouTuber had linked the Tablighi Jamaat’s conference held in Delhi to the outbreak of COVID-19 in Delhi and other parts of the country and had called it a new form of terrorism.
