SC Issues Notice in Plea Challenging Bail Granted to BJP Leader Rakesh Singh in NDPS Case - 16.12.2021

Supreme Court has issued notice in a special leave petition filed by State of West Bengal assailing Calcutta High Court's order of granting bail to BJP leader Rakesh Singh who had been arrested by the Kolkata police in connection with his alleged involvement in a drug recovery case.
