AAR, Gujarat: 5% GST Leviable on Ammonium Sulphate Supplied for Direct Use as Fertilizers - 17.12.2021

Authority of Advance Ruling (AAR), Gujarat has ruled that 5% goods and services tax (GST) is leviable on Ammonium Sulphate supplied for direct use as fertilizers or used in manufacturing of complex fertilizers for agricultural use.
