Karnataka HC Issues Notice on Plea Against Levy of Property Tax on Buildings & Lands - 16.12.2021

Karnataka High Court has issued notice on a plea challenging certain provisions of the Karnataka Municipal Corporations Act 1976 that provide for levying of property tax on buildings and land belonging to the Union of India.
