Karnataka HC Directs Government to Accept Recommendation of Backward Classes Commission - 14.12.2021

Karnataka High Court has directed the state government to accept the recommendation given by the Karnataka State Backward Commission in 2010, which recommended certain benefits of reservation be extended to the Kodava community of Coorg.
