SC Dismisses Punjab Government’s Plea - 09.03.2016

Supreme Court has dismissed Punjab Government’s objection to Justice Adarsh Kumar Goel, who hails from Haryana, being part of a five-member Constitution Bench hearing the Presidential reference on validity of Punjab Termination of Agreements Act 2004.
