SC Seeks Centre’s Reply on Tobacco Products' Plain Packaging - 09.03.2016

Supreme Court has sought view of Centre on a PIL for immediate implementation of plain packaging rules, like in some foreign countries, for cigarette and other tobacco products on the grounds that jazzy covers and messages on it lured more customers and rendered pictorial warnings useless.
