Karnataka High Court Permits Alleged Rape Victim to Abort 24 Weeks+ Pregnancy - 14.12.2021

Karnataka High Court has permitted an alleged rape victim to medically terminate her pregnancy which crossed the stipulated 24-weeks period, stating that continuation of the same will affect her physical and mental health.
