AAR, Telangana: ITC Can be Availed on GST Charged by Contractor Supplying Service of Works - 14.12.2021

Authority of Advance Ruling (AAR), Telangana has ruled that input tax credit can be availed on goods and services tax (GST) charged by contractor supplying service of works contract to the extent of machine foundation.
