SC: Provisions of Section 50 NDPS Act to Complied with in Case of Personal Search Only - 13.12.2021

Supreme Court has observed that the provisions of Section 50 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act, 1985 is required to be complied in the case of personal search only with but not in the case of search of vehicle.
