Karnataka HC Stays Order Directing Educational Institutions to Collect Tuition Fees - 10.12.2021

Karnataka High Court has stayed the operation of the government order dated November 11, by which educational institutions were directed to collect 85 percent tuition fees as against the Annual School Fee for year 2020-21 and to adjust excess fees if collected towards academic year 2021-22.
