Madras HC Refuses to Transfer Investigation on Death of Dalit Youth in Kanyakumari to CBI - 10.12.2021

Madras High Court has refused to transfer investigation on the death of Dalit youth in Kanyakumari to Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). The Court has noted that the evidence collected prima facie indicates that the deceased committed suicide and the investigation done by Bothapandi Police so far is satisfactory.
