Bombay High Court Grants Anticipatory Bail to Sameet Thakkar in Thane FIR - 07.12.2021

Bombay High Court has granted anticipatory bail to Nashik resident Sameet Thakkar in connection with an FIR in Thane for his alleged defamatory tweet against Maharashtra cabinet ministers and NCP leaders Nawab Malik and Jitendra Awhad.
