Delhi HC Directs Govt to File Additional Affidavit in Plea Challenging New Excise Policy - 07.12.2021

Delhi High Court has directed the Delhi Government to file an additional affidavit in a plea challenging its new Excise Policy inasmuch as it allegedly permits auction of right to collect taxes.
