Kerala HC Directs to File Report on Manner of Appointment of Public Prosecutors - 03.12.2021

Kerala High Court has directed all Principal District Judges to file a report in a suo motu writ petition initiated to investigate the matter of appointment of Public Prosecutors in the State.
