Delhi HC: Minor Inconsistency in Statement Does Not Make Unreliable Witness - 02.12.2021

Delhi High Court has observed that minor inconsistency in a statement made by a wife during cross-examination by husband before Family Court in divorce proceedings does not make her an unreliable witness.
