Calcutta HC: Act of Dragging Orna, Pulling Hand, Proposing to Marry Not Sexual Assault - 01.12.2021

Calcutta High Court has held that the act of dragging orna (women scarf), pulling hand of the victim and proposing her to marry does not come within the definition of either Sexual Assault or Sexual Harassment under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
