SC Instructs on Regularization of Buildings in Area for Formation of Shivaram Karanth Layout - 01.12.2021

Supreme Court has instructed the Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) to regularise 300 buildings that were built in the area notified for the formation of the Shivaram Karanth Layout. Owners constructed these structures between 2014 and 2018.
