Delhi HC Issues Contempt Notice to NDMC and Police for Non-Compliance of Orders - 30.11.2021

Delhi High Court has issued contempt notices to North Delhi Municipal Corporation and the Delhi Police for non compliance of its order and failure to discharge their statutory responsibilities efficiently, dealing with a petition concerning illegal encroachments in city's Kamla Nagar area.
