SC Dismisses ITC Plea Challenging Order Refusing to Restrain Nestle for Use of Magic Masala - 30.11.2021

Supreme Court has dismissed ITC Limited's Special Leave Petition challenging the order of the Division Bench of the Madras High Court, wherein the High Court refused to interfere with the order passed by the Single Judge who had inter alia, refused to restrain Nestle India Ltd. from using expressions Magic Masala, Magical Masala with respect to its instant noodles.
