Customs Baggage Declaration (Amendment) Regulations, 2016

The Central Board of Excise and Customs notified Customs Baggage Declaration (Amendment) Regulations, 2016 amending the Customs Baggage Declaration Regulations, 2013. The changes focus primarily on the "Customs Duty Free Allowance" under the Regulations, and include a new declaration for "drones".
