Tripura HC Directs State to Take Steps to Recover Girl Allegedly Kidnapped & Taken to Bangladesh - 29.11.2021

Tripura High Court directed the Tripura police department to ensure her recovery at the earliest, while dealing with a habeas plea for recovery of a minor daughter (16 year old) of the petitioner who was allegedly kidnapped and taken to Bangladesh.
